Exasperated

Been working on my report since last week. What else can I say but SLOW!!! Almost done with Literature Review but I'm left with the part on Scanning Electron Microscopy which I haven't even learnt how the machine runs and the parameters. Will be working on that as soon as I can get my hands on it. Still waiting for the piggies' parts as my sample. Piggies' parts sounds erhm...not very nice. The right name should be porcine esophagus. Life's full of '?' and waits and it's all not within my control! When I can get to work on SEM depends on the technician & machine's availability. When I can work on characterisation on the porcine esophagus depends on when the masters student is done with decellularisation. And I can't help to catalyse the processes but only wait. Hopeless.

Well, waiting for the esophagus to be decell by my 2nd prof's masters student & Butler told me it's better to be there to observe the decellularisation process. BUT...she refused to reply my email on when she'll be working on it so I can make my way down to Technoplaza! Ok, maybe because I only emailed her once (I usually don't like to email someone more than once cos it's like breathing down her neck & bugging her too much. But when left with no choice, I'll do it!)...maybe she accidentally deleted my email...or maybe she "accidently" or perhaps conveniently forgot my email even existed in her mailbox...or she may have thought it's not important anyway!! Sux..it's not the first time she's doing that to me. Yes, I render she's working on the bigger & much more important part of the SUWA project but HELLO...isn't it basic courtesy to at least reply?? I bet it doesn't take long to reply like: "yah, I'll be working on the decell on XXXXday at XXtime." How many words is that and how long does it take to type these 11words?? Super zhuai lor. Maybe I should have created the reply template for her to just fill in the blanks and click 'send'?! *Roll my eyes* God knows when I can get my hands on the porcine esophagus for characterisation. I don't even have any substantial results now! If only I can just get the esophagus from the butcher in the wet market...*exasperated* How am I going to finish getting the results and report in this holidays? Sigh...hate it when my day's activities' not within my control and have got to be depicted by when and what emails say. Can't possibly be waiting by the computer everyday to check the emails telling me at the last minute "Come down today cos I'll be doing xxxx" right?! I have my life to lead! FYP sux but I need a good grade for it. Disgusted! Do all FYP students experience the same or is it just me? *Can someone show me the way out of this maze!!!*
