Where are you?!

Something seems to be missing.

As I ran down the road today...relax run...but just find the feeling missing. The strength...the burning desire...to go Go GO! Maybe work has been draining me of what's remained of me to better myself with each run. I need to regain that spirit again...determination...perseverance. I hate to be losing it...but I'm really missing you. Patience.

Hmmm ... relax run, so shouldn't it be carefree, light, cooling with the wind blowning in , a time to recompose, to reflect or maybe even no tots at all?

wouldn't it be more draining if a relax run is more, more, more... faster, faster, faster? that's actually more objectve oriented and competitive driven

Enjoy the run and feel good. It will get u refreshed and sooner than u know, aliments u think are missing, when they are always beside u, will be all back

    :)

Oh, tranining for a run, on a mission. If it's the Stand Chart full marathon, you really have to train for it.

Take it slow and plan for your run, set goals for each run then. After all, results are not the most impt gain at times. The process of it is more fuifiling isn't it :)

Nope, I don't know you. Just stumbled onto this blog and saw the topic on running. I used to run a lot in the past.

Yup Fus is my initial for short.

    Have fun running :>

fus -> Thanks for the advice:) Will set goals & targets to achieve each run. Perhaps running without the stress of hitting a particular timing will be better for a start:) Going for the half marathon for tis yr, nt up to it for full yet:P Will pace myself..aim to complete tis time rd, timing's prob secondary.

U use to run a lot in the past? How abt nw? Not running anymore?

Hee..it's nice hvg u at my blog. Hope u've enjoyed ur stay at my bloggy..haha:p Tk care!

Half marathon, oh there's still plenty of time :) If you really have been running regularly, I guess your body is well tonned, so you can consider trying power circuits. They do help improve your timing but it's not as fun as a leisure run. I guess I can call it torturing. Why not consider getting your friend to run along, they can be good pacers and it's more fun at times.

Yup, I used to run a lot. It's either for competitive training or at times leisure runs to destress and relax.

Suffered an injury so stopped for about 1.5 years already to rest and recover. Started running? Hmmm ...looking at this post of yours does get me motivated to try some slow jog again for a start :)

I like your blog colour and layout :)

=) I run with my fren sometimes. Realised company really makes a big diff..haha, seems like half the distance i really ran. =) Power circuits..hmm, me nt gg for competitive..so probly juz train leisure. Thx for the suggestion..maybe if I ever go competitive..which is rather unlikely, will try it:)

Oh..ur injury must hv been pretty bad? Tt's y stopped for 1.5yrs? Hmm..if fully recover alr den start running ba..else further injure urself nt so gd? Start slow:)

Hee..thanks! Pink & purple my fav colors..hehe. Only used a std template blogger had. Do u hv a blog too?

haha ya, running with friends are more fun, just rem try not to go for supper after those runs! you might gain more than you lose! :P

Power cicuits are torturing... try to avoid it at all costs since it's for fun and leisure. haha

Yup its a serious injury, stopped all my sports then. It wont recover fully but it's good enough for me to recently start some light sports. Thanks for the concern, will go slow for a start... ^_^ er...i cant go fast even if i wanted to since stopping for 1.5 yrs have me gained 10 kg, meaning... try running with 1 huge bag of rice! hahaha.

I guess you can say so, registered one but never use it at all. Work zapped away too much of the time i guess.
